The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for a missing adult and we are asking for the community’s assistance.  The complainant advised the victim, Stephen McGovern, was released from the Duval County Pretrial Detention Facility in the middle of July, 2020.  Upon release, Mr. McGovern was driven by a family member to the 7100 block Lone Star Road where he was dropped off and he has not been seen since.  The victim has a history of being transient and is known to frequent the Arlington area.  At this time, we are seeking information about the victim’s location in an effort to ascertain his safety.

Last Seen Wearing:  Camouflage hat with “Raiders” logo, black long sleeve shirt and gray pants
