Last Known Location: August 22, 2020, in the area of Baldwin Street and Barber Street

On Tuesday, August 25, 2020, the victim was reported missing. It was reported that the victim was last seen on Saturday, August 22, 2020, in the area of Baldwin Street and Barber Street. The complainant advised that the victim suffers from a brain injury and walks with the assistance of a walker or cane. Efforts to locate the victim have been unsuccessful and we are attempting to locate her to ascertain her safety.
