Rashaud Fields Murdered hours after he graduated high school

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office told reporters early Tuesday morning, May 24th, that a fatal shooting had occurred at approximately 10 p.m. Monday night at the 10700 block of Pine Estates Road, where sources say Rashaud Fields was killed.

JSO released little information about the victim, only telling reporters an “adult male” was shot and killed, the block the shooting occurred and that the victim had “at least one” gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to the hospital by Jacksonville Fire Rescue, where life-saving measures were attempted and failed, JSO said.
