Enhanced Reward up to $25,000Gabriel Devoe Gunned Down in Arlington Apartment Complex

On November 2nd, 2022 at 7pm, JSO officers were dispatched to 2929 Justina Rd in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival they discovered 23 year old Gabriel Devoe on the ground with several gun shot wounds.  Officers began life saving measures until JFRD Paramedics arrived and took over.  Unfortunately, Gabriel succumbed to his wounds and passed away later at the hospital.
