Isaiah Ra’shaad Bing, 27, was found deceased from a gunshot wound on June 21st, 2019, in the 5600 block of Doeboy Street in Jacksonville’s Moncrief area. He was discovered by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at approximately 6 a.m. Isaiah was slated to pick up his mother that day, but there was immediate concern when he did not arrive. Isaiah’s mother went to his home to search for him and noticed his car parked abnormally. Investigators were able to identify Isaiah as the deceased individual located earlier that morning.

Isaiah (“Zay”) worked at the Duval County Courthouse for five years, never missed a day, and was never late.
